The last 50 metres

The postcode gets you to the street. Trackely gets you to the door.

Where to stop
Every delivery records where the driver parked and how long they stayed, so the next driver knows the bay, not just the postcode.
How to get in
Doors, gates and access notes live on the Site page. Codes are stored encrypted and shown only when the driver is at the stop.
How sure it is
Guidance says what it is based on, such as seen on 12 visits, and shows as checked only once someone on your team has reviewed it.

Questions

Common questions

Anything else? Get in touch. UK-based support, Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm. We aim to reply within one working day.

How long does setup take?

Most teams import orders and build their first routes on day one. Add your drivers, vehicles and depots, then bring work in from a CSV file or enter it by hand.

Can I bring in orders from another system?

Yes. You can import orders from CSV. If you have your own order or warehouse system, it can send orders to a Trackely webhook, or Trackely can pull them from a web address you give it, with field mapping and a preview. These are general connectors rather than ready-made integrations with named products; the docs explain both.

What does the office see during the day?

Today shows every route on a map next to the route list, with stop progress, routes forecast to miss a delivery window, and open issues. The Live map follows drivers on active routes, and problems drivers report arrive on the Issues page.

What happens when a driver has no signal?

Deliveries recorded with no signal are saved on the phone and sent automatically when signal returns. Load the day’s route before setting off. Photos and notes are kept with the time and place they were taken, and work that has not been sent yet is retried, not treated as done.

Do drivers need to download an app?

No. The driver app runs in the phone's browser, with no download needed.

How does Trackely learn about a site?

Each delivery records where the driver parked, how they got in and how long they stayed. Trackely turns that into guidance that says how sure it is, and your team reviews it. You can also add instructions, photos and access codes yourself, and customers can send directions from their tracking page for your team to review.

Can it handle cases and individual units?

Yes. Drivers record delivered, damaged and refused quantities in cases or single units, and the office sees what was short, damaged or refused for each order, including several orders at the same stop. You can then send just the missing quantities on a new order. Returns and collections are not part of Trackely yet.

What do customers see?

Each customer gets a tracking page with the delivery status, the driver’s position when the van is a few stops away, and proof once it is delivered. From that page they can leave a safe place, a preferred time window or a note, or ask to rebook. Email updates are included. SMS updates are switched on by Trackely during setup.

What counts as proof of delivery?

Photos with time and location, signatures, notes and the stop outcome, such as left in a safe place or refused. You choose whether a photo or signature is required. Each delivery has an evidence pack you can print or save as a PDF.

What happens to driver location data?

Location is used to show progress while a route is active and to learn about sites. Trackely is built around UK data-protection expectations, not monitoring drivers when they are off duty.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

Core and Business are billed monthly with no minimum term, or yearly for 20% off. Enterprise is an annual contract. The pilot is free for 30 days with no card needed, and the pricing page shows the current price per active vehicle.
