Building and assigning routes.

Open Build & release routes

Open Prepare, choose Build & release routes, and confirm the service date. You will see unrouted orders and, if you have them, existing route drafts. The map shows depot and stop locations.

Building route drafts

Use Build routes from N orders to create one or more route drafts from unrouted orders. The system suggests stop order and estimated cost. You can run Optimise to improve the order against time windows, capacity, and cost. The optimiser only applies changes when you confirm.

Assigning drivers and vehicles

For each draft, assign a driver and vehicle. Drivers must exist in your fleet. Assignments decide who sees the route in the driver workflow and which vehicle is used for capacity and cost.

Releasing to drivers

When drafts are ready, confirm the assignments and choose Release routes. Drivers can then see their routes in the mobile interface, navigate, mark arrivals, and capture proof of delivery.
