Driver app

Drivers use the Trackely mobile interface to view their route, navigate to stops, mark arrivals, and capture proof of delivery.

Access

Drivers sign in with the credentials set up by your team (often via an invite email). They see only their assigned routes for the day.

Route and navigation

The app shows the list of stops in order and can open your device’s maps app for turn‑by‑turn navigation. Drivers see customer details and any time windows or notes for each stop.

Marking arrival and proof of delivery

At each stop, drivers can mark arrival and add proof of delivery (POD): a photo and/or signature. This is stored with the stop and is visible in the dashboard and audit trail. Tracking links can be shared with customers so they see status updates.

Offline

If the device loses connectivity, actions can be queued and synced when back online so drivers can continue in low‑signal areas.
